Studio Move Rental Agreement & Studio Policies

STUDIO DESCRIPTION

• State of the art 27’ by 25’ dance floor, perfectly balanced between resilience and absorption

• Studio Move is equipped with ballet barres, mirrored wall, yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps & more

• Restroom
• Convenient location with ample parking in Northwood Center, Ketchum Light Industrial area

STUDIO CAPACITY

The legal capacity of Studio Move is 50. It is the renters responsibility to maintain this capacity.

AVAILABLE HOURS

Please check Studio Move website calendar for studio availability. Private lessons & small classes (up to 8 people) may be booked with a 15 min. interval between bookings. Large classes and classes with lots of props require a 30 min. interval between bookings.

USES

Classes (Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, etc.), Workshops, Rehearsals, Private Parties

RENTAL RATES

Regular Commercial use (ongoing weekly classes): $25 per hour with a one-hour minimum, additional time prorated in 1/2 hour increments.

Personal Training, Workshop, Occasional guest instructor commercial use (non-ongoing classes, reserving the studio for one or a few classes): $30 per hour with a one-hour minimum, additional time prorated in 1/2 hour increments.

Private Functions (functions not open to the public) (kids’ birthday party, dance party, cocktail party, business meeting, etc): $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum, additional time prorated in 1/2 hour increments.

Personal non-commercial use, up to 2 people (your personal studio): Flat hourly rate: $15 per person

PAYMENT

• Ongoing class reservations are paid, in advance, on the 1^st of each month (check, cash, credit card)
• Special event reservations, require a downpayment of $25.
• Private Bookings not open to general public are prepaid.

CANCELLATION

To cancel a booking email debra@studiomoveketchum.com or call Debra Drake 721-0444.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled time will receive a credit.

Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice are the responsibility of the renter and payment is due in full.

PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

Renter may bring any equipment necessary for conducting his/her class or workshop. Renters equipment may not be stored at Studio Move without the owners consent.

STUDIO CONDITION

Renter assummes responsibility of the space during the rental period and must ensure that the studio is found and left in adequate condition. If Renter deems the studio to be in an unacceptable condition, it is the renters’ responsibility to notify Debra and provide photos if possible.

RESTRICTIONS

NO Alcohol sales, tap shoes, spiked heels on dance floor, furniture without felt covering to protect the floor. No glitter, confetti or paint, no food/drink without prior consent. Do not put any tape on the dance floor, affix anything to the mirrors or windows without prior consent.

SECURITY

Renter assumes the responsibility for the security of the studio during each rental period.
